Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit points, verify access permissions as directed by site procedures, and support visitor management and badge-check processes; Communicate with site personnel, supervisors, and/or first responders regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters that may affect daily operations
