Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access in accordance with site protocols, and report access concerns to the appropriate personnel; Support the protection of sensitive infrastructure and equipment by remaining attentive to site activity, following post orders, and escalating security-related issues when appropriate
