Summary
Minimum Qualifications Required:
- Must be retired from active military duty. Must satisfy the criteria established by the military for certification by the service as a Junior Reserve Officer Training Instructor (verification must be attached to application). Must have an exemplary military record. Must have a completed application on file.
Please review from the Air Force Accessions Center for information on becoming a certified AFJROTC instructor: Please complete the Air Force JROTC application process and ensure you meet the Air Force JROTC instructor qualifications. This is a 10 month position.
Please note: When selecting your credentials area, choose the Florida certificate area that you have or are eligible for. If applying from out of state, choose the Florida certificate area that matches your credential.
Upon employment, contact the District Certification Office for the appropriate district application and fee for Vocational AFJROTC. (Angel Rebber, 983-5150 ext. 3426, rebbera@santarosa.k12.fl.us).
Job applicants recommended for district positions will be subject to drug testing and background fingerprinting per statutory requirements and School Board Policy
