Job Description

As a Security Professional - Aero Patrol in Annapolis, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. You will be part of a team that values agility, reliability, and innovation, always putting people first and acting with integrity in all interactions.

Pay Rate: $19.43 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Thur 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and, when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by location, particularly in aerospace and defense settings.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• A Guard Card or License is preferred.
• Maryland Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
