Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, approvals, and/or visitor information, and document access activity in support of community access procedures.; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues through appropriate channels when needed.; Communicate with residents, property staff, and/or authorized contacts regarding deliveries, guest arrivals, contractor access, and other security-related matters.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, property concerns, and/or conditions that may require follow-up.
