    DescriptionSAIC is seeking a Cost Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions (TAGM) Project Office. This position will sit in Huntsville, Alabama.Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze cost findings and recommendations for cost and price evaluations for government contractsDevelop and maintain complex cost models to project pricing scenarios and evaluate competitive proposalsResponsible for a wide range of pre-award and post-award functionsProvide Subject Matter Expertise regarding the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), cost accounting standards, and various contract typesRequired EducationBachelors and ten (10) years or more experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degreeQualificationsExpert knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), particularly Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation) and Part 31 (Contract Cost Principles and Procedures)Proven experience with various contract types, including firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, and time-and-materialsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills10 (ten) years of direct experience in the cost and price evaluation of proposals for government contractsClearanceMinimum of a Secret clearance required to start#J-18808-Ljbffr
