Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling efforts for complex technical programs. This role requires expertise in developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and supporting program execution through effective schedule management. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) aligned with program objectives
Perform critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments
Lead and mentor scheduling team members
Ensure schedules meet quality and compliance standards, including health checks
Integrate schedules with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
Collaborate with technical leads to establish timelines for development, testing, integration, and deployment
Support Agile program environments and iterative development cycles
Establish and maintain repeatable scheduling processes across the program lifecycle
Required Qualifications: Proven experience in program planning and scheduling for complex projects
Strong expertise in critical path methodology and schedule risk analysis
Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules
Familiarity with Earned Value Management principles
Ability to work effectively with technical and program teams
Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Agile development environments
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Experience in software development lifecycle scheduling
Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with polygraph

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $140,000 - $220,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
