Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support Open Enrollment projects within Dayforce.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and address their specific needs related to benefits administration.
- Provide expert advice and solutions to optimize Dayforce Benefits module functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Dayforce Benefits module during the Open Enrollment period.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Strong expertise in Dayforce Benefits, particularly in Open Enrollment processes.
- Proven experience working on Open Enrollment projects within the Dayforce platform.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in Dayforce are not required but are considered a plus.
- Hourly Rate: $50-$60
