    The National/Alamo/Enterprise brands of Enterprise Mobility have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Representative at Portland International Jetport (PWM). The responsibilities include providing a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers while supporting the branch and rental needs. This specific position will be working onsite at the airport and communicating via phone, email, and internal text. The Administrative Representative will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, customer assistance, and act as a rental back-up in a large airport branch. Qualified candidates must demonstrate honesty and integrity and remain committed to excellent performance while being driven and self-motivated.

    This is a fully in office position located at Portland International Jetport (PWM) - 1001 Westbrook St., Portland, ME, US, 04102.

    The pay for this position starts at $19.00/hour. There are also bonuses available for reaching team customer service goals. With an earning potential of $20.25-$21.50/hour if bonus criteria is met.

    Schedule Available is:

    • Monday- Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
    Responsibilities
    • Make outgoing calls to internal and external customers for all three brands (Enterprise, National, and Alamo)
    • Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal text message for all three brands (Enterprise, National, and Alamo)
    • Responsible for logging and organizing items in the Lost and Found
    • Provide daily follow up with QSPs.
    • Responsible for working with customers with overdue rentals.
    • Monitor and correct incomplete rentals and returns
    • Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned.
    • Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
    • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality.

    Qualifications
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Must have a High School Diploma or GED
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
    • Must have at least 6 months of prior customer service experience
    • Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
    • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
