Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with management and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, or other security-related issues; Support daily operations by following post orders, maintaining detailed activity logs and incident reports, and providing courteous assistance during routine and elevated situations
