Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, entrances, storefront perimeters, and other assigned locations to help to deter unwanted activity; Monitor access points, observe customer and tenant activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel; Support closing and opening activities, crowd management, and/or special event needs as directed, while maintaining a professional presence throughout the location
