Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting de-escalation efforts and contacting local emergency services when needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.; Monitor access points and sensitive areas, verify identification and/or credentials when required, and report unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations to site leadership.; Prepare accurate incident, activity, and patrol documentation, and work with healthcare personnel and Allied Universal leadership to support daily operations and/or response needs.
