Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, property rules, and appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or public emergency responders when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential and commercial property locations, including common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points; Monitor access to buildings and amenities, observe for unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns, and report security-related issues according to site procedures; Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift activity documentation, and support a professional presence that may help to deter unwanted behavior
