We're looking for energetic, customer-focused Car Rental Agents tojoin our team at Salt Lake City International Airport. In this exciting role, you'll help travelers get behind the wheel quickly and confidently-whether they're flying in for business, family visits, or mountain adventures. What You'll Do:- Welcome customers with a positive attitude and guide them through the rental process.
- Explain rental options, upgrades, and protection packages that best fit customer needs.
- Ensure smooth check-ins and returns with accurate documentation and vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with the fleet and service team to ensure cars are clean, fueled, and ready to rent.
- Handle customer questions, payments, and logistics with professionalism and care.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Positive, outgoing personality and ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (training provided).

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must work weekends.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents/accidents in last 3 years). If under 21 must have a clean driving record.
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
