    The Work:
    This position is located at Eglin AFB in Fort
    Walton Beach, Florida, and will support the F-35
    Lightning II Program. This position will perform
    duties as a Security Generalist and will be responsible for security support of classified and unclassified areas of the F-35 Integrated Training Center (ITC) and / or F-35 Fighter Squadrons.
    Duties will include, but are not limited to: assist
    instructors, students and visitors using facilities;
    operate badging and access control systems;
    monitor security camera systems; perform
    random searches; enforce all USAF and local
    security procedures and practices including
    controlling access to secure facilities, handling
    and storage of classified documents and
    electronic media, and monitoring compliance
    with COMSEC and COMPUSEC (act as COMSEC /
    SVRO Custodian as needed); provide assistance
    with file plans and documentation maintenance
    in classified containers; change combinations
    and generate SF 700s; assist in self inspections
    and prepare for customer inspections; perform
    and document vault alarm tests; assist in security investigations; assist in providing training and scheduling of Level 1 Security Generalists in specified locations; and escort un-cleared personnel within classified areas. This position will primarily be assigned to second shift but may require flexibility to work other shifts as dictated by customer requirements to include weekends and other shifts assigned to support mission events. Occasional business travel may be required to include deployment and detachment support in arduous or austere locations to support F-35 security operations outside of Eglin AFB, FL.

    We are a team of security professionals responsible for developing, administering, and auditing security programs that protect classified material and export-controlled data. We work closely with government customers to ensure compliance with federal security regulations and implement security solutions that meet customer needs while minimizing risk. Our team members serve as Contractor Program Security Officers (CPSOs), Contractor Special Security Officers (CSSOs), and Security Representatives, providing support for Special Access Programs (SAPs), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs, and DOD collateral classified programs. We study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in SAP security rules (DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4/JSIG), SCI security rules (ICD) or DOD security rules (NISPOM). We also develop and conduct security education classes, investigate security violations, and provide support for classified meetings and customer visits.

    Basic Qualifications

    Experience providing oversight to multi-functions of security.
    Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation Closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.
    Must be able to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs).
    Industrial and/or military security experience.
    Ability to establish and maintain professional and productive relationships with internal and external customers.

    2.) Knowledge of ICD 705 Physical Security knowledge.
    3.) Previous SAP experience & knowledge of DoD 5205.07.

    Excellent written and verbal skills.
    Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products.

    Work Schedule Information

    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    National Pay Statement

    Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $47,000 - $82,915. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
    Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
    (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
