The proposed salary range for this position is: $78,000 - $163,800
The Opportunity: As a CACI-SOFETOPS SIGINT Analyst, you will be responsible for advising and providing Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) support to SOF SA and HUMINT operations, case management and operational risk reduction. You will support ARSOF Sensitive Activities Mission Management Cells (SAMMC) through broad-spectrum SIGINT analysis and tool application to inform operational personnel of trends, threats, and enhance HUMINT case performance and production.
Provides SIGINT analysis to retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard SIGINT products, ensuring actionable intelligence for operational planning. Delivers Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) analysis of foreign SIGINT systems and disruptive technologies with the potential to impact ARSOF missions. Identifies trends in threat development, performance, capabilities, and vulnerabilities, while conducting in-depth analysis of research and development (R&D) processes and organizations associated with targeted SIGINT systems. Provides recommendations and mitigation strategies to counter existing and emergent threats, ensuring operational readiness and adaptability in contested environments. Produces and delivers subject matter briefs, intelligence notes, threat modules, technical memoranda, and detailed threat assessments to inform decision-makers. Coordinates SIGINT products with DoW and IC agencies. Collaborates with analysts and planners to enrich and complement analytical understanding, integrating SIGINT into multi-domain targeting and operational frameworks.
