Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, docks, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues; Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and support the flow of employees, visitors, and/or drivers while following post instructions and applicable facility rules; Communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or first responders as needed regarding incidents, suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and other security-related matters
