Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and reporting concerns to site leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, entrance areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and policy violations; Monitor access points, customer traffic, and/or receiving areas to help support orderly operations and report suspicious behavior, hazards, or unauthorized access; Assist with de-escalation of customer and/or visitor concerns, while maintaining a visible presence that helps to deter theft, trespassing, and other unwanted activity
