    Loss Prevention Agent

    Overnight Security Agents assist with arrivals after normal business hours, communicate all issues and concerns to the Resort Manager, and monitor security at the resort for unregistered guests, guest parking or other issues requiring attention all while providing excellent customer service. This is an overnight position with shifts that vary from 9pm-6am. Guest Interaction & Communication: Greet visitors, vendors, and contractors, directing them to their destinations. Obtain names and information from guests entering the resort. Answer telephones courteously, relaying information to appropriate channels. Handle guest questions, complaints, and concerns directly or escalate to the appropriate department. Resort Oversight: Drive the property to escort guests, deliver provisions to cabins, and monitor resort amenities for unregistered guests or issues requiring attention. Conduct routine checks of guest sites, noting deficiencies or maintenance issues, such as water, sewer, or parking problems. Assist with noise complaints, parking enforcement, and other security responsibilities. Monitor and report unusual occurrences, ensuring safety procedures are followed. Administrative & Operational Support: Receive and track packages and mail for resort operations. Tag vehicles for removal by the owner at unrented transient sites. Communicate all issues and concerns to the Guest Services Manager and Resort Manager. Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the resort. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. Good verbal and written communication skills. Reasonable computer proficiency, including the ability to use email and the internet. Strong organizational and customer service skills. Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours. Ability to lift at least 25 pounds. Ability to read maps and follow directions. Hard-working, dependable, and willing to take direction.
