    • Assist with maintaining files, data entry, scans and copies documents as needed.
    • Provides professional and courteous assistance to both internal and external customers.
    • Receives and distributes correspondence for the department.
    • Collects mail, transports documents to other offices.
    • Provides general support and assistance to the staff.
    • Maintains confidentiality and security of documents and data.
    MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • High school diploma/GED.
    • 1 year job related work experience.
    • Strong computer skills and proficient in data entry.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public, other employees, and elected officials.
    • Valid Driver License.


    STARTING SALARY: $15.30 per hour, up to 29 hours per week

    CLOSING DATE: Upon filling position
