    The Dispatcher's core responsibilities encompass scheduling technicians cost-effectively and efficiently to enhance positive customer experiences and reduce operating costs while prioritizing service. This role involves extensive communication, forecasting schedules, and managing the allocation of technical resources to ensure optimum availability.

    $21-$25 per hour

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitors and dispatches service, PMs, and installation calls daily to technicians.
    • Monitors and updates the dispatch board accordingly for schedule changes, delays, and technical availability.
    • Monitors the dispatch board to ensure the travel, arrival, and completed notifications are accurate and up to date
    • Monitors the GPS platform to ensure it aligns with the dispatch board and expectations to ensure a positive customer experience and reduce costs.
    • Completes daily outlook and next-day snapshot communication to all necessary parties.
    • Prioritizes parts for returning service calls.
    • Communicates when necessary for updates on statuses, safety awareness, weather, workload, issues, etc.
    • Manages dispatch board and provides support on open slots and availability for building out schedules for future assignments.
    • Calls customers for updates when applicable.
    • Communicates with Field Supervisors for updates based on callbacks, need for assistance, and updates within their teams.
    Requirements:
    • A high school diploma or GED is required; a technical trade school and/ or college degree is preferred.
    • Knowledge of Maryland and PA territories.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Able to address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
    • Must be able to work in a demanding environment where interruptions may occur.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organized, with attention to detail.
    • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills are needed.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software/technology for maintenance reports.
    • Understanding of typical HVAC/Propane service work and time frames for job completion.
    • Understanding of safe work standards for field technicians.
