Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner while documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including entrances, hallways, waiting areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations; Monitor access points and observe activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, disruptive behavior, and/or other unusual activity within the healthcare location; Support hospital or medical center operations by assisting with visitor directions, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and following post orders and incident reporting procedures
