As a Dispatcher working in the HomeTown system, you will be responsible for taking calls and organizing the daily routes for sales and service technicians. The main duties center around achieving a fuel and time-efficient route.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:- Coordinate schedules and routes for drivers.
- Communicate effectively with customers and drivers.
- Ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers and drivers.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching.
- Trades knowledge is a plus.
- Strong customer service and data entry skills.
