The Patrol Security Officer assigned to a luxury high-rise is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and property staff. This position requires professionalism, strong customer service skills, and the ability to maintain a visible deterrent presence while conducting routine foot patrols throughout the property.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine interior and exterior foot patrols of the high-rise property
- Monitor lobbies, amenities, parking areas, and common spaces
- Control access points and verify resident and guest credentials
- Enforce property policies and building rules
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and resident concerns
- Write detailed, accurate incident and activity reports
- Maintain professional communication with property management
- Provide high-level customer service while maintaining security standards
- Monitor CCTV systems when assigned
- Valid Guard Card
- Previous security experience preferred (luxury residential or high-rise experience a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
