Upscale Retirement Community Mobile Security Officer

Job Description

-Customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and ability to perform foot patrols are a must. Morning, evening, and overnight shifts are available, and the duties and responsibilities (not limited to) are as follows:

1. Be available to respond to any calls for service, preserve order, protect property and residents.

2. Check all lodges, roadways, inner and outer community property lines, sports complex (upper and lower) and the ponds.

3. Act as a liaison between fire, EMS, or law enforcement to assist in keeping the residents safe and secure.

4. Issue citations on behalf of the HOA for vehicles parked on the street or in other areas after hours.

5. Work with local law enforcement to discourage or remove trespassers/transient persons from the property as needed.

6. Periodically patrol the trail system through use of a bicycle or motorized golf cart

Ideal Candidate:

1. Must always display superior customer service skills and be able to diffuse any hostile situation with a calm and reassuring manner.

2. Maintain a clean and professional appearance and represent our company with respect to our client and residents.

3. Be able to write detailed incident reports and follow chain of command procedures in the event of an emergency.

4. Must have Current BSIS CA Guard Card License

5. Current CPR Certification

6. Be adaptable and flexible to the needs of the client.

7. Have a valid CA driver's license and clean driving record.

Location: Lincoln, CA

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time Payrate: $20/hour
