What You'll Do:- Proactively patrol and respond to emergencies
- Build positive community relationships
- Lead crime prevention efforts
- Uphold the law with professionalism and purpose

- Be certified by the Division of Criminal Justice System (DCJS) as a police officer
- Be certified in the operation of certain equipment as required by the justice system
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Live or be willing to move within a 50 mile radius of Winchester
- Be able to pass a yearly physical examination and ability assessment
