Of Job Duties/ Responsibilities:This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. Work to be performed at a government customer site in Aurora, CO. Supervise network support and client server specialists in the planning, coordination, and implementation of network operations, maintenance, repair, or upgrades. Train and manage a team of network support specialists to provide incident response support to the Tier 2 and Tier 3 network engineers in the resolution of incident tickets.
