    DescriptionYou will be the Air-Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) Hypersonic Development IPT lead for the ARRW Development IPT team. Our team is responsible for driving the development, affordability, and rate planning aspects of the ARRW program, shaping strategic direction, and ensuring a smooth transition from development to production.What You Will Be DoingAs the ARRW Hypersonic Development IPT lead you will be responsible for guiding the program's technical development, coordinating manufacturing readiness, and delivering cost, schedule, and technical objectives.ResponsibilitiesLead development activities for DVT and flight test builds, aligning them with program strategy.Coordinate Manufacturing Readiness Assessments and support transition to production.Manage affordability initiatives and future rate planning to meet baseline budgets.Support proposal efforts and author Program Directives while communicating with customers and senior leadership.Present performance metrics in Program and Customer Reviews and travel to key production sites as required.Why Join UsWe are looking for a decisive, collaborative leader who thrives in a high impact aerospace environment. Discover more about our Orlando, Florida location.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.Prior experience in production/manufacturing environments.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in leading and working effectively with manufacturing teams in the planning and execution of identified solutions to technical problems.This position requires a security clearance; all applicants must be a U.S. citizen.Desired SkillsExperience with Manufacturing Readiness Assessments and Production Readiness Reviews.Experience in missile or aircraft manufacturing/design.Knowledge of cost, schedule, quality, and safety in a production environment (budgeting, manpower planning, production planning, tooling, MRP).CAM certification or cost analysis experience.Knowledge of make/buy process.Prior experience supporting development and/or transition to production efforts.Security Clearance StatementThis position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.Clearance LevelSecret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.Employee DetailsExperience Level: Experienced ProfessionalBusiness Unit: MISSILES AND FIRE CONTROLRelocation Available: PossibleCareer Area: ManufacturingType: Full-TimeShift: FirstEEO StatementLockheed Martin is an equal opportunity employer.
