The Superior Court in Mohave County is accepting applications to establish a 12-month hiring register for Court Commissioner positions. The registry may be used for any openings in the next 12 months. Anyone interested in applying for a commissioner position any time in the next 12 months should apply now. The selected Commissioner serves at the pleasure of the Presiding Judge and is subject to assignment in various case types including but not limited to family law, juvenile delinquency and dependency, probate, guardianship, and protective orders.
