The Social Intelligence Analyst supports Enterprise Communications by monitoring and interpreting social and digital conversation to identify experience ‑ driven issues, emerging risks, and narrative shifts that may require awareness or action. The role has two core areas of focus: sustained attention to experience ‑ related narratives and day ‑ to ‑ day contribution to broader social intelligence work across topics and stakeholders.
Location: You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within Minnesota. For all hires in the Minneapolis area, you will be required to work in the office for a minimum of four days per week.
Hours: Full time, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
