UNC Health - - Responsibilities: Verify and update ADT information (insurance verification, patient and guarantor demographics) to ensure accuracy and patient safety.; Schedule all new and follow-up patient appointments and reschedule cancellations when possible.; Complete and document governmental, regulatory, financial, and contractual forms in accordance with procedure.; Ensure documents are scanned/saved to correct location and legible; utilize price estimation tool to provide accurate patient estimates.; Meet target for up-front collections (deposits, estimated amounts due, co-pays, prior balances) and participate in departmental QA via system work queues to minimize errors.
