Job Title: Principal Systems and Integration Engineer (SE&I) Work Location: Sterling, VA Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI CI Poly Job Description: Seeking a Principal Systems and Integration Engineer (SE&I), providing enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support to an operational government customer within the Intelligence Community. This position manages moderately sized projects or processes with minimal oversight and provides measurable input to new products, processes, or standards in operational plans to implement customer integrations and/or objectives. The position works in a SCIF environment with flexible work hours to accommodate work/life balance practices. Responsibilities : * Perform project management/project leadership tasks collaborating with a multitude of customer and other contractor teams * Provide Mission Protection knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA) to assigned projects, the enterprise, and to other entities as directed by the customer. * Serve as an advisor on mission resiliency topics and capabilities * Problems and issues faced can fluctuate and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem and determine the appropriate resolution. * Lead interactions and support multiple missions to include the initialization of new missions Required Skills & Qualifications : * Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience. * KSA in Mission Protection, Mission Resiliency, Customer Operations, Tasking, and/or Collections. * Experience with project management. * Experience working collaboratively in team environment (Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor) RFC impact review and assessment experience. * Experience in enterprise level planning and implementation. * Systems installation, integration, and test experience. * An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance. Desired Skill Sets : * Customer NSIS and/or rapid delivery methods. * Customer relationships. * Working across contract and location boundaries. * Atlassian JIRA and Confluence beneficial. * Minimum 8 (P4) years of prior engineering experience.
