    We are hiring multiple Quality Technicians to support a major aerospace program in Charleston, SC. These onsite roles are essential to ensuring aircraft components and assemblies meet strict safety, compliance, and quality standards. Candidates will evaluate defects, document nonconformances, and provide clear direction to Mechanical Technicians on proper repair and rework procedures. These positions are not hands‑on mechanical roles, but they require a strong technical foundation, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex engineering and quality documentation. Position Overview:
    As a Quality Technician, you will perform detailed inspections on aircraft structures, systems, and components to verify conformity and identify discrepancies. You will ensure all findings are documented accurately and that corrective actions align with established procedures and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with production and maintenance teams is a key part of the role, as you will guide technicians on proper repair methods to return products to compliance. Open Roles

    Pay Rate: $33/hr
    Experience Required: 3+ years of aircraft quality inspection or quality assurance experience Responsibilities:
    Conduct inspections on aircraft components, assemblies, and installations Identify, document, and communicate nonconformances Provide clear instructions to Mechanical Technicians for rework and corrective actions Review engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards Support compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate inspection records and contribute to audit readiness Qualifications:
    3+ years of quality inspection or quality assurance experience on aircraft Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams Ability to work onsite in Charleston, SC Senior Quality Technician
    Pay Rate: $41/hr
    Experience Required: 8+ years of aircraft quality inspection or quality assurance experience Responsibilities:
    Perform advanced inspections on aircraft structures, systems, and assemblies Lead the evaluation and documentation of complex nonconformances Provide expert‑level guidance to Mechanical Technicians on repair and rework procedures Interpret engineering data, specifications, and regulatory requirements at a senior level Participate in root‑cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure adherence to FAA, internal, and industry quality standards Qualifications:
    8+ years of aircraft quality inspection or quality assurance experience Deep understanding of aircraft manufacturing, repair, and quality processes Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex quality issues Proven ability to communicate technical requirements clearly and effectively Ability to work onsite in Charleston, SC Compensation: $32/hr-$41/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
