Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized access, damaged equipment, and/or operational issues according to site policies; Support security-related operations by maintaining visible presence, following post orders, and assisting with incident reporting, visitor interactions, and shift handoff communications
