    Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology and telecommunications location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points, check credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations observed during patrol activities.; Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and communicating professionally with clients, employees, visitors, and/or first responders as needed.
