Summary
In conjunction with government representatives, conduct information gathering and implementation visits to MAJCOMS and functional organizations to initiate and sustain the implementation of the OTTI & M&S Human Capital Strategy. Provide support in the collection, analysis, and synthesis of technical information in support of OTTI & M&S Human Capital. Update and revalidate data analysis from on-line data surveys, established metrics and onsite visits from focus group questions, survey/interview instruments, and meeting summaries. Review, update existing OTTI documents, surveys, conduct Subject Matter Experts (SME) interviews, and develop an integrated OTTI & M&S listing that integrates individual products into a comprehensive M&S Professional Workforce Management Plan.
