    Position Summary

    RBCI is seeking a Dispatcher (Civil Engineering Support Equipment - CESE) to provide the Navy Medical Readiness Logistics Command (NMRLC) with coordinating the assignment, movement, and tracking of vehicles and equipment in support of operational and logistical requirements. This work is onsite at the Williamsburg, VA office. 5%-10% travel may be required.

    This position is contingent upon contract award.

    Duties & Responsibilities
    • Responsibility for coordinating the assignment, movement, and tracking of vehicles and equipment in support of operational and logistical requirements.
    • Maintaining accurate dispatch records, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, and coordinating with personnel to support mission readiness.
    • Knowledge of vehicle classifications, maintenance scheduling, and safety protocols is essential to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
    • Coordinating with maintenance teams and monitoring emergency dispatch procedures.
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an equipment dispatcher.
    • Shall be familiar with pertinent federal, state, and local laws, regulations, policies, and precedents which affect the use of vehicles and equipment on federal and state roads.
    • Familiar with hazardous materials transport and vehicle regulations associated with transporting such material.
    • Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.
