Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a busy retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observed activity and notifying appropriate contacts.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, stock areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points, observe customer and associate traffic, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance issues to site leadership and Allied Universal management.; Support loss prevention and store operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with crowd management, and following post orders for opening, closing, and after-hours patrol activity.
