Security Guard, 36hr Full Time Night Shift
Mountain West Medical Center is nestled at the base of the Oquirrh Mountains in Tooele, Utah. This award winning healthcare facility and clinics has expert staff serving the largest county in Utah. We diligently pursue our mission to be the health resource of choice for the community and provide a place where doctors want to practice, people want to work, and the community wants to come for healthcare services.
Currently we are looking to fill the vital role of a Safety and Security Guard.
Under the supervision of the Engineering Dept. the Security Officer is responsible for the safety and security of patients, staff, visitors and all other while on the premises of Mountain West Medical Center to include hospital property as might fall under the supervision of the hospital.
* Three 12 hour shifts per week. 1730-0600 with every other weekend off.
CPI Certification required within 60 days of hire.
Obtain the CPI – Non-Violent Crisis Interventions Certification offered through the designated hospital vendor within the 60 days of hire. Possess good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
Previous Security, law enforcement or military experience preferred.
