    *This position requires TS/SCI Clearance*

    *This position is contingent upon contract award*
    Responsibilities:

    • Provide day-to-day supervision, mentorship, and technical guidance to assigned contractor personnel, ensuring all tasks are executed in accordance with contract requirements and Government priorities.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned functional area, coordinating directly with Government representatives and the Program Manager to ensure mission requirements are met.
    • Monitor the performance and productivity of assigned personnel, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain operational effectiveness.
    • Participate in meetings, briefings, and progress reviews, providing status updates and technical information on assigned task areas as required.
    • Assist in the onboarding, training, and professional development of assigned personnel to ensure baseline proficiency and continued growth.
    • Prepare and submit task area reports, status updates, and deliverables in accordance with established timelines and program requirements.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum of six (6) years of experience in intelligence operations, program support, or a related discipline within DoD or equivalent Government agencies.
    • Demonstrated experience leading small teams or functional groups in a fast-paced operational or programmatic environment.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage personnel, prioritize tasks, and engage with Government stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with DoD intelligence operations, contracting requirements, and performance standards applicable to the assigned functional area.
    • Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
