Senior Consultant
The client are recruiting for a Senior Consultant who will support the critical functions for Open Source Intelligence in the Intelligence Community.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and manage requirements from stakeholders
- Track and set requirements
- Conduct requirements verification and validation
- Develop and use metrics for activities and processes
- Support technical writing of requirements and deliverables
- Support development of requirements specifications
- Develop, implement and use requirements processes
- Oversee requirement change control and change notification
- Develop Use Cases with customer and user
- Evaluate requirements risk
- Provide training on requirements processes
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience writing software functional requirements
- Demonstrated experience supporting directorate-level front office personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to research desired capabilities to ensure technical and functional requirements capture the complete user need
- Demonstrated consulting experience.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required #AvantusClearedJobs
- The status of applicable COVID-19 vaccination requirements under Executive Order 14042 are subject to change depending on applicable court orders and the course of ongoing litigation. Candidates may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or have an approved exemption
