    Job Title

    Job duties include:

    Responding to emergency calls, complaints, and other calls for service during watch; conducting preliminary investigations relating to incidents aboard installations.

    Gathering and analyzing facts, seizing and protecting evidence, taking statements, making diagrams, interviewing witnesses and other persons involved, and determining if facts warrant apprehension/detention or lesser actions.

    Checking identification cards, badges and/or vehicle decals as well as vehicles. Inspecting packages and personal belongings when admitting personnel into controlled areas.

    Setting up and conducting checkpoints/roadblocks at various locations throughout the installation.

    Performing traffic law control and enforcement; directing movement of vehicles/pedestrians and observing and reporting traffic safety hazards.

    Distributing and balancing workload and rotations among police officers.

    Administering anti-terrorism, force protection, physical security, and law enforcement services for the protection of life and property.
