    MTSI is seeking a All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. About the role: You will provide analytic support across a variety of different projects related to the Spaced Based Interceptor (SBI) program. You will be part of a team with diverse expertise across the spectrum of military and intelligence analysis. Responsibilities will include collection and reviews of various sources of data, to include Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT), Publicly Available Information (PAI) and classified data sources to perform Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) analysis in support of the Spaced Based Interceptor (SBI) program. The analysis is primarily focused on identifying threat and adversarial Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) towards performers development of the weapon system, and working with a team to apply countermeasures to mitigate the threat. As part of a team your abilities will be relied on greatly with substantial opportunity to expand your skills and expertise across the breadth of the team's responsibilities. This position will be located at a government facility in Huntsville, AL. Your essential job functions will include but will not be limited to: Provide expertise on current and future foreign TTPs related to collection of sensitive material from defense industrial base performers. Collect and analyze data from various sources to evaluate performers risk profile and the potential threat vectors that may be exploited. Author threat assessments detailing the results of the above analysis. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience: 10 years experience working in the Intelligence Community with a Bachelors degree in related field. Required Skills: Knowledge of national level collection requirements (CRs) and Intelligence Community (IC) stakeholders. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and to adapt to a dynamic work environment that is responsive to cost, schedule, performance and security goals of the SBI program. Must understand the customer's areas of interest and business processes and develop analytic products and research lines in anticipation of customer's future needs. Required Clearance: Current Top Secret/SCI clearance with a current CI scope polygraph; US Citizenship required. Desired Skills: Experience as an all-source intelligence analyst at the operational or technical level. Experience developing U.S. weapon systems. Exceptional analytic tradecraft, professional writing, proofreading, briefing and public speaking skills. Demonstrated ability to learn new skills/tools, and a willingness to expand areas of knowledge as required. #LI-AT1
