Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assisting with access control, crowd management, and directional support during peak shopping periods and special events.; Support daily operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity while maintaining a professional presence and providing assistance to the public.
