Overview Senior Assessment & Authorization (A&A) Support Lead to lead Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities in support of MSC's Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance.ResponsibilitiesDevelop RMF artifacts and Authority To Operate (ATO) packages in eMASS.Perform site, system, and platform IT validation testing.Conduct Mission-Based Cyber Risk Assessments (MBCRAs).Coordinate with Navy Security Control Assessor and Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) requirements.QualificationsExperienceEight (8) – Ten (10) years of experience in A&A and RMF support.eMASS proficiency.Strong RMF expertise.CertificationsNavy Qualified Validator (NQV) II certification8570 certification: IAM Level IIIProgram Management Professional CertificationEducationBachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree (preferred in IT, Engineering, or related).ClearanceSecret clearanceWork Environment & RequirementsLocation: Norfolk, VA (MSC HQ); primarily contractor site; frequent meetings in Norfolk, VA; travel to CONUS/OCONUS ship visits as required.Type of environment: OfficeNoise level: LowWork schedule: Hybrid (contractor site + government site meetings)Amount of Travel: Regular (20-30%)Security & Physical DemandsWork Authorization/Security Clearance: U.S. Citizen; Active Secret clearance.Physical Demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made; standard office physical requirements, able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.Additional InformationTekSynap is a fast growing high-tech company.
