    Salary Range: $125,000 $165,000 annually

    Position Summary

    The Prescriber Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of licensed prescribers to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality patient care. This role provides clinical leadership, guidance, and supervision while ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements, clinical standards, and organizational policies. The Prescriber Supervisor will play a key role in driving clinical excellence, improving workflow efficiency, and supporting provider development.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct supervision and leadership to a team of prescribers, including nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants
    • Ensure prescribers deliver high-quality, evidence-based care while maintaining compliance with clinical protocols
    • Monitor provider performance, productivity, and quality outcomes
    • Support prescriber onboarding, training, and ongoing development
    • Collaborate with leadership to establish and improve clinical workflows and best practices
    • Conduct chart reviews and audits to ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance
    • Assist in resolving clinical issues, escalations, and patient concerns as needed
    • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including prescribing guidelines and controlled substance requirements
    • Provide coaching and feedback to prescribers to support professional growth and performance improvement
    • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols
    • Work closely with clinical operations and administrative teams to improve patient experience and efficiency
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current medical guidelines and regulatory changes
    • Participate in meetings, reporting, and leadership initiatives as required
    Qualifications
    • Active and unrestricted prescriber license in the state of Oklahoma (MD, DO, NP, PA, or applicable license)
    • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting
    • Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience strongly preferred
    • Strong knowledge of prescribing regulations and documentation requirements
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
    • Ability to coach, support, and lead a clinical team effectively
    • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to patient safety and quality care
    • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience supervising prescribers in a multi-provider clinic or healthcare organization
    • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and clinical compliance auditing
    • Experience with controlled substance compliance and prescribing oversight
    • Knowledge of best practices in patient-centered care and clinical operations
