As a private practice and affiliate member of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, NECS offers the best of both worlds: autonomy, strong infrastructure, and access to cutting-edge research, tumor boards, precision medicine, and clinical trials.
The Practice
• Competitive compensation based on MGMA median ($550K+ base + wRVU bonus)
• 4 clinic days + 1 administrative day
• Exceptional team support and collegial culture (APPs, Nurse Navigator, and Schedulers)
• Manageable volume: 12-16 patients/day once ramped
• Low-burden call: 1:16 rotation, APPs take first calljust a handful of calls per year
• Two months PTO + CME
• BC/BE in Hematology required
