Incentives:

- Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 per year
- $3000 Relocation Assistance for full time only
- Weekend Differential
- Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am
- Weekend Option Days: WEO rates + weekend differential
- Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential
- New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $10.00 RN
- Day-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurance
- PTO/Vacation Time Frontload Up to 80 Hours for Experienced RNs for full time only

Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.
Surgical Trauma ‘3A‘ is a 33-bed unit, fast-paced med-surg telemetry unit which focuses on adult post- operative and trauma patients. Nurse patient ratios are: Days 5:1, Nights 6:1. On our unit we offer you the opportunity to develop excellent critical thinking skills as well as use a wide variety of clinical skills including:
- Head-to-toe assessments
- Reading and posting telemetry strips
- IV insertions
- Catheter, trach, and ostomy care
- Wound care
- Chest tubes
