    ABC Healthcare, a leading provider in the healthcare industry, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Healthcare & Medical Services department at Grifols. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care under the direction of registered nurses and physicians, supporting a variety of clinical services in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will perform direct patient care activities such as obtaining vital signs, administering prescribed medications and injections, assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures, monitoring patient responses, and accurately documenting all care in the electronic medical record. The LPN will contribute to patient assessments by observing and reporting changes in condition, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans, and providing education to patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge instructions. You will help maintain a safe and clean environment, adhere strictly to infection prevention and control protocols, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies. Success in this position requires strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
