    Otolaryngologist (ENT) – Comprehensive & Fellowship-Trained Opportunities

    Midwest Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists | Twin Cities, MN

    Midwest Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists is seeking bothComprehensive Otolaryngologists and fellowship-trained specialists in Rhinology and Pediatric ENT to join our well-established, physician-led practice in the Twin Cities.

    This is an opportunity to step into a high-volume, collaborative environment with strong subspecialty support, advanced technology, and a clear path to partnership.

    Rhinology

    Join a growing rhinology program with access to:

    • A dedicated outpatient surgery centerwith image-guided technology

    • State-of-the-art in-office procedure suites

    • Established referral pathways

    • A strong neurosurgery partnership for complex skull base cases

    This role offers the ability to build a robust subspecialty practice with the support and infrastructure already in place.

    Pediatrics

    Step into a busy, community-based pediatric ENT practice with:

    • A strong referral network of pediatricians and family medicine providers

    • High demand for core procedures (ear tubes, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies)

    • Opportunities to expand into additional clinical interests

    This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a high-volume, relationship-driven pediatric practice.

    • Light call responsibility for the practice (~2 weekdays/month, ~4 weekends/year) and hospital (1 weekday/month, ~2 weekends/year)

    • Skilled clinical support team, allowing physician to operate at full capacity without workflow constraints

    Compensation & Partnership

    • Highly competitive, RVU-based compensation model

    • $100,000 sign-on bonus, and

    • 24–30 month partnership track

    Partnership includes the opportunity to build long-term wealth and actively shape the future of the practice, with investment opportunities in:

    1. The physician practice

    2. Ambulatory surgery center

    3. Commercial real estate

    4. Hearing aid retail business

    • 8 Otolaryngologists

    • 5 Facial Plastic Surgeons

    • 2 Allergists

    • 1 Head & Neck Surgeon

    • 1 Neurotologist

    You’ll be supported by 13 Audiologists and 6 Physician Assistants across 5 clinic locations in the east metro of the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin.

    Our integrated model includes an ambulatory surgery center, specialty divisions, and ancillary services—allowing physicians to practice at the top of their license.
